Soutpansberg Presbytery

Soutpansberg Presbytery is one of the 4 presbyteries located in the Limpopo Province. It is within the Vhembe District, and spreads out through different municipalities. The Soutpansberg Presbytery mainly consists of people from the Tsonga tribe, however it is also inclusive of Venda speaking people in Vleifontein and Mashau. It also includes khelobedu speaking people residing in Musina. The EPCSA Church Conference Centre is also located in the Soutpansberg Presbytery in Valdezia. This presbytery is also very fortunate to have at least 20 Church buildings that belong to the Church. The presbytery has approximately 2000 active members. All church guilds are alive and striving in the presbytery, however, the majority of members are from the Women’s guild. The Presbytery has 7 parishes, namely, Ribolla, Elim, Bungeni, Bungeni East, Kurhuleni, Muhunguti, Valdezia.
