The EPCSA Women’s Guild or Nhlangano wa Vamanana va Xikhongelo was established with an empowerment agenda for the EPCSA women focusing in different areas, including spiritual, social, economic, psychological, and educational. It is formed by registered female communicant members of the EPCSA from eight Presbyteries.

The Guild is governed by the General Committee, which is the Supreme Court of the Women’s Guild. The General Committee is formed by the leadership from all parishes. Delegates include Ministers’ wives and female Ministers. The General Committee elects the Women’s Guild top leadership comprising of a 10-member committee.

The General Committee meets biennially. During its one-year recess, the committee known as the Women’s Central Executive (WCE) manages the affairs of the Guild. WCE consists of the Women’s Guild Top Executive and delegates from each Presbytery. The Women’s Guild pioneered the establishment of the Church Conference Centre (CCC) under the leadership of the late Rev. LB Kubayi. The Guild has started holding its General Conferences at the centre. The Guild’s General Conference is held biennially over a three-day period where members gather for spiritual revival and other related activities.

During the said event, members of the Valdezia community where the CCC is located and surrounding areas reap economic benefits through services rendered to the Guild. In 2019, the Guild introduced Excellence Awards to recognize women’s positive contributions in the church and the community.
