EPCSA Delegates Attend IPM's Presbyterian Society of Activists 47th General Assembly and Conference

The Presbyterian Church of Mozambique (IPM) hosted the 47th General Assembly and Conference of its Internal Society, the Presbyterian Society of Activists (SPA), on June 28 and 29, 2025. This significant event brought together members of SPA, comprising married believers, those living together in a de facto union, divorced, separated, widowed, and parents, even if single. The gathering provided a platform for sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and exploring ways to strengthen their ministry.
Strengthening Ecumenical Bonds
A delegation from the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in South Africa (EPCSA) Youth Fellowship and Young Women’s Guild attended this important gathering, further solidifying the bond between the two denominations. The delegation included:
Fikile Mathonsi, Chairperson of the Young Women’s Guild
Rodah Lubisi, Treasurer of the Young Women’s Guild
Sophie Mbokodo, Deputy Chairperson of the Youth Guild Fellowship
Massah Mabunda, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Guild Fellowship
During their visit, the EPCSA delegates presented their guild uniforms and outlined the processes for becoming members of their respective guilds. They also highlighted the crucial roles these guilds play in growing the church and fostering spiritual growth among its members. The delegates' presentations showcased the commitment and passion of the EPCSA's youth and women's ministries.
Sharing Experiences and Best Practices
